Bake & Bites is the result of years of experience cooking and baking for friends, family, and neighbors.
It started when my children asked me to prepare meals that were different from traditional Dominican food. So I took cooking and baking classes and learned how to marry Dominican and American styles in ways my family loved.
I got really good at baking, and started making beautiful cakes for friends and families’ special occasions. As word spread, I got more and more requests for custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and jams. Soon I was providing full catering services and dessert tables at weddings, birthdays, and Quinceaneras.

I finally decided to follow my customers’ suggestions and become a professional baker. Bake & Bites is my way of providing delicious, beautiful, and creative sweet and savory treats to customers throughout the North Shore of Boston.
